Lying-down on Sides (Vishnuasana)
- Turn to lie down on your right side.
- Support your head on the right palm with elbow placed firmly on the floor.
- Place left palm on the floor near the chest. Straighten your legs if possible.
- Lift your left leg up and slowly bring it down.
- Repeat 2 - 3 times.
- Bring your leg down slowly and rest.
- Roll over to lie on the left side and repeat the same thing.
- Lie down on your back and relax.
